The Nuwave will usually come with a sheet that shows you what temperatures you should cook different types of meat to. When you're cooking with the Nuwave it will always be defaulted to 100% power which can be changed in increments of 10% so you can cook thing more slowly if desired. You may also just wish to keep a dinner warm in there and adjust the Nuwave to the lowest power setting which is 10% power. Thank you for the compliment! FYI: Make sure you order the NEW 2011 Car seat adaptor for this stroller. The car seat adaptors currently being sold on amazon are not compatible with the new 2011 BOB strollers. I went to take him to daycare today and was not able to pay them due to the 119.95 that was unknowingly being charged by Regal E cigs. This is why so many companies has such a bad name in this country. I was more than willing to buy their replacement filters, but now I will not give them another penny of my money!!! I just hope they will do what is right and refund my money so I can pay my boys daycare. This country should never support such a deceitful company. I will definitely do my homework in the future. VERY UNHAPPY FATHER!!!!!! I am a single father with a three year old little boy.
